Recently, I have changed my music platform from Apple Music to Spotify, but EMUI has no Google Framework which is significant to Spotify to be installed on my mobile phone.
Last time, I downloaded Google Play Store, and chose “install Spotify”, but nothing happened.
This time, after checking the completement of Google environment, I did the same operations. Unfortunately, “Error: DF-DFERH-01” said Google Play Store.
Soon I searched this error in Google, someone said you should connect network with the VPN of different European countries or clean the cache of Play Store, and I didn’t think they worked . Because my VPN is in Hongkong ,if it depends on district,why do Hongkong people can use Google Service?
“Set global connection in VPN software”,said a unnamed user in Baidu Forum,Tieba. It struck me,while my setting is PAC mode.So I followed this answer,and installed Spotify successfully.
Summary(if you want to Use Spotify in EMUI 10.0):
- Make sure your system equipping Google Framework.
- Connect to network except China mainland.
- Set your VPN as Global mode,not PAC mode.
- By the way, you must sign up a Google account.
